Restart is the third installment of a Japanese television project in which former Hinatazaka46 member Konoka Matsuda takes on the role of a television writer, creating and producing programs from scratch. After graduating from the group, Matsuda reflects on her life beyond idol activities and explores her personal feelings, uncertainties, and hopes for the future. In the first two episodes, she reunites with her idol inspiration, former Nogizaka46 member Asuka Saito, treating her to handmade soba noodles while sharing heartfelt conversations about their experiences as idols, life after graduation, and their personal struggles.

日向坂46を卒業して半年。人生の岐路に立つ松田好花が放送作家に挑戦し、今だからこその感情を企画に紡ぐ。初回は、アイドルを志すきっかけとなった憧れの先輩・元乃木坂46の齋藤飛鳥を、得意の蕎麦打ちでおもてなし。そのお返しに話を聞かせてもらいながら、卒業後の悩みや不安、周囲と比べてしまう気持ちなど赤裸々に打ち明ける。
