◇番組内容
三重県伊勢市、旅はいよいよ伊勢神宮外宮と内宮へ。まず、番組の案内人を務める御師の館を訪ね、伊勢参宮を支えた人々の暮らしと歴史に触れます。続いて 外宮参道 へ。受け継がれる名物や新しい味を楽しみながら外宮を参拝。さらに案内人とともに 内宮で静かに拝礼します。賑わうおはらい町を散策し、伊勢の銘菓 赤福 のやさしい甘さを味わいます。
